These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of willmyjobsurvive.com and DontGetAutomated.com and any products you buy from us ("Products"). By using the Site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What we provide
We sell educational digital products — guides, playbooks, templates, and companion materials — designed to help you navigate career change in an AI-driven economy. Products are delivered digitally through our checkout provider after purchase.
Educational purpose — no income or results guarantee
Our Products share strategies, examples, tools, and rate ranges drawn from research and experience. They are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We are not your financial, legal, career, or business advisor, and nothing in our Products is a guarantee of income, employment, client acquisition, or any specific outcome.
Any figures, rates, or earnings examples — including the rate ranges in our tools — are illustrations, not promises. What you earn or achieve depends on many factors we don't control: your effort, market, location, timing, and skill. Many people who buy educational products don't act on them, and get nothing as a result. We want you to succeed, but we can't and don't promise that you will.
Our 30-day guarantee & refunds
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a Product, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings. Refunds are processed through our checkout provider (Gumroad) to your original payment method. We may decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests (for example, buying, refunding, and keeping multiple products in a pattern).
License — what you can and can't do
When you buy a Product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own career and business. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the Product or its files.
- Reproduce or republish substantial portions as your own.
- Use our materials to create a directly competing product.
You're welcome to use the scripts, templates, and strategies inside your own work and client outreach — that's what they're for. What you can't do is redistribute the Products themselves.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our Products — text, design, branding, and the "Will My Job Survive?" name — is owned by us and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership.
Affiliates and third-party tools
Our Products may mention third-party tools and services. We don't control them, aren't responsible for them, and their prices and features change. Always confirm current pricing and terms on the tool's own site. Some links may be affiliate links; if so, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and we only recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question. The Site and Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond the refund guarantee above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with its date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
