Email & Anti-Spam (CASL)
When you give us your email, you're agreeing to hear from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, our real name, and a mailing address — because Canadian law (CASL) requires it, and because it's the right way to run a list.
We operate from Canada, so our emails follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — a standard we apply to everyone on our list, wherever you live.
Your consent
By entering your email in our scorecard or signup form, you give us permission to send you your result and a series of related emails, including occasional offers about our products. We make this clear at the point of signup — we don't add you to anything you didn't ask for.
What every email includes
- A clear sender. You'll always know the email is from Will My Job Survive?
- A working unsubscribe link. One click, in every message, honoured promptly.
- Our mailing address. Required by CASL and shown below.
Unsubscribing
You can leave the list any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us directly. We process unsubscribes promptly and won't email you marketing again once you've opted out.
